My name is Josh. I serve as a worship leader at a Chinese Evangelical Free Church. My mind is generally pre-occuppied with things such as God, theology, music, and how all this intersects with life in the past, present, and future.  Currently I am enrolled in the Masters program at Robert E. Webber Institute of Worship Studies. Almost half way through this program and my view on worship and life has already been affected greatly.

This blog’s aim is primarily to help organize my thoughts based off of experiences, ideas, and readings I come across. In sorts, this could be considered a personal journal with the added caveat of these ‘entries’ being public – which forces me to be more responsible and intentional in my thoughts. If any of these posts strike a chord with anybody else, I would consider it a blessing.
